Insured, Bonded and 22 Years Serving Rio Verde

Before any crew enters your facility, you should know exactly what insurance coverage is in place and what it protects. This page explains our coverage in plain language. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote we issue—you do not need to ask for it.

General Liability Insurance

We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations. This coverage applies to property damage or bodily injury that occurs during a cleaning visit. If a crew member damages a piece of office equipment or causes damage to a finished floor surface during service, our general liability coverage is the first line of response.

The certificate of insurance names the type of coverage and is issued by our insurer. If your facility management agreement requires you to be named as an additional insured, request that in writing when you receive your quote and we will arrange the endorsement before your start date.

Bonding

We are bonded. A commercial cleaning bond provides a layer of protection against employee dishonesty—specifically, theft of client property by a crew member during a scheduled visit. Bonding is not the same as insurance and it does not cover accidental damage, but it is a separate and meaningful protection when you are granting after-hours access to a cleaning crew.

Workers’ Compensation

Our crew members are covered under workers’ compensation. This matters to you as a facility manager because it means you are not exposed to a liability claim if a crew member is injured on your property during a cleaning visit. Contractors who misclassify workers as independent contractors to avoid this coverage transfer that liability to the building owner. We do not operate that way.

22 Years in Business

Insurance and bonding are verifiable. Longevity is a different kind of accountability. We have been operating since 2003 and have maintained continuous coverage throughout. A company that has been in business for 22 years is not going to dissolve the week after your first invoice. That matters when you are granting after-hours access to a facility.
